Having as a priority both the pleasant stay and the safety of our visitors, we faithfully observe the sanitary hotel operation protocol according to EODY and the Ministry of Tourism. The staff has received the necessary training and adheres to the basic measures to avoid transmitting covid 19. Thorough cleaning, disinfection with strong use disinfectants, approved by the EOF, used in surgeries, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, etc. (Ultra xhlore Antibakt PR.N2702, Sanix gel alcohol 70-80%, Hygiene Service PR.NUM:38065 etc.) and with use steam cleaner.
Wall-mounted hand sanitizers and objects not only in public areas but also in all rooms (disinfectant antiBakt fin,alcoholic 75%,approved by EOF PR.NUM:41519) Disposable keychains, TV controls, air conditioning, hair dryers, disposable glasses, etc.

Incomplete room cleaning during the stay (avoiding contact of employees with possible case and further transmission), only at the request of the customer, observing the health protocol.
The bed linen is washed by the company Xexaspro - Industrial Washing machines, with quality management certification in white cleaning Registration Number: 041140138, NUM.E-2273/2020 ΤYV HELLAS. Accommodation file and Covid -19 event book are kept for reasons of protection of public health, according to the General Personal Data Regulation.
